You’ve got 30 days after receiving your item to request a return – plenty of time to decide if it’s love at first sight or just not your vibe. Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method minus a shipping fee.
Please note: For returns (excluding exchanges), we will purchase and provide a return label but the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Exchanges over 5 pounds: If your order weighs over 5 pounds and you’d like to exchange all items in the order, we’re happy to cover the cost of shipping the new items back to you. However, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping the original items to our warehouse at the address below:

We do this because shipping large or full-order exchanges can become quite costly on our end, especially for heavier packages. However, we still want to meet you halfway. By covering the cost of sending your new items out, we’re keeping the exchange process as easy and affordable as possible for both sides. Thank you for your understanding!

Some items purchased from a recent drop may not be eligible for a return or to be exchanged due to limited quantity and exclusive designs. If you need a return or an exchange for a drop item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our inventory.

Tracking says delivered but package was lost/stolen and customer DID pay for shipping protection:
We will either provide a full refund for the customer or reship their products depending on the customer's needs.

We will provide a full refund via store credit.
What happens when the same order is lost twice:
We have a policy that replacements are only offered once per order. Therefore, if there is a different shipping address that would have a higher likelihood of a successful delivery, please provide this new address via email to support@thankgod.com proceeding the first unsuccessful attempt. We will do everything in our power to make sure your package arrives safely!
