Our shipping cost is automatically calculated based off of weight to ensure you receive the best price!

 

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer domestic shipping within the United States.
  • Shipping typically takes between 5 to 8 business days from the date of order processing.
  • The shipping cost for domestic orders is based on the weight of the products purchased and ranges from $4.97 to $17.63.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

International Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer international shipping to a large number of countries.
  • International shipping typically takes about 10 to 14 business days from the date of order processing, depending on the destination.
  • The shipping cost for international orders is based on the weight of the products purchased and ranges from $11.11 to $15.32.
  • Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order by visiting our website and entering your order number in the live chat button in the bottom right corner.

Delivery address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by emailing support@thankgod.com.

Tracking says delivered but package was lost/stolen and customer DID pay for shipping protection:
We will either provide a full refund for the customer or reship their products depending on the customer's needs.

Tracking says delivered but package was lost/stolen and customer DID NOT pay for shipping protection:
We will provide a full refund via store credit.

What happens when the same order is lost twice:
We have a policy that replacements are only offered once per order. Therefore, if there is a different shipping address that would have a higher likelihood of a successful delivery, please provide this new address via email to support@thankgod.com proceeding the first unsuccessful attempt. We will do everything in our power to make sure your package arrives safely!
